افركي كمية صغيرة في راحة اليدين، وزعيها بالتساوي على الشعر، من القاعدة إلى الأطراف، دلكي بلطف، سخني أو اتركيه لمدة 20 دقيقة تقريبًا، اشطفيه جيدًا.
