Return and Exchange Policy

• The consumer has the right to choose between replacing, returning, or repairing the product within 14 days from the date of the purchase invoice, provided that one of the following conditions is met:

  1. A defect is discovered after the purchase is completed.

  2. The goods provided differ from what was agreed upon in the contract.

  3. The goods do not conform to the approved specifications and standards.

• The consumer must return the product along with its original packaging and all accessories, ensuring that it is in its original condition and has not been scratched or broken due to misuse.

• In the case of a replacement request, the store/company must provide an identical product. If unable to do so, the purchase amount must be refunded to the consumer using the same payment method originally used, without applying any deductions based on the previous payment method.

• For products that are difficult to replace, the amount will be refunded to the consumer in accordance with the above-mentioned refund mechanism.

• If the product is being repaired and the repair takes more than 15 days, the store/company must provide the consumer with a replacement product, provided that it is similar to the one being repaired.

• The consumer must provide the purchase invoice in the event of a return, replacement, or repair request.

• This policy also applies to custom orders where the product is designed by the consumer, as long as one of the mentioned conditions is met.

• This policy remains valid during sales or any other promotional periods, regardless of the sales methods or announced prices.

• This policy is subject to the terms and provisions of Law No. (8) of 2008 concerning Consumer Protection and its executive regulations, unless amended.
